Do you ship worldwide?

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. How long will my wig last?

With proper care and maintenance, a virgin hair wig can last 12 months or longer. The longevity of your wig will depend on how frequently it is worn and how well it is cared for. Please refer to our aftercare guidance below for tips on maintaining your wig.

What type of hair is used in your wigs?

Our wigs are crafted from premium human hair, including virgin hair, raw Burmese hair and raw Cambodian hair depending on the collection.

What is the difference between virgin hair and raw hair?

This is a great question and an important distinction to understand.

  • Virgin hair is 100% human hair that has never been chemically processed. It is collected and may be steam processed to achieve a specific texture, but it remains free from chemical treatment. It is high quality, durable and natural in appearance.
  • Raw hair is the most unprocessed form of human hair available. It is collected directly from a single donor, has never been steam processed and retains its completely natural texture and pattern. Raw hair is considered the highest grade of human hair and is priced accordingly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your total waiting time consists of two parts:

  1. Production Time: 10 working days from the date of payment confirmation for your wig to be handcrafted
  2. Shipping Transit Time: 1–4 business days depending on your location.
